Luis was amazing from start to finish. From the moment he schedules your appointment, to walking you through every step while explaining everything in details. So clear that it makes you feel like you can file your own taxes. I appreciated especially the fact that I didn't need to wait on a line for hours but was received exactly at the appointed time. Luis also explains to you how to better fill out your W4 so there's no bitter surprise when it's time to file your taxes. The entire process was short, detailed and concise.
