Rich has a broad range of accounting skillsets from federal and local governments, associations and non-profits, to the diverse needs of the small business owner. Rich also works with individual tax clients to include resolution of long-standing tax issues and tax planning. He is actively involved with the community through preparing tax returns for lower income individuals and struggling small business owners. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Roanoke College. In addition to being a CPA, he is also a Certified Global Management Accountant.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs.

Rich started his business when a friend needed help with his business taxes.  He was having a difficult time finding a CPA who would help him with his tax returns and general accounting because his business was too small for many CPA firms.  After preparing his tax returns and cleaning up his accounting records, Rich decided to start his own accounting practice to help small business owners with their accounting and tax needs.  After several years, his first client is still a client.
