Tax filed with the firm and when wanted to request extra copies of the tax return for current year, the firm requested additional copy fee $20 (despite that you’ve paid $160 on top of the tax fillings service for a case that does not have business owned/self-employed, pretty straight forward tax filling for a MFJ). It’s pretty ridiculous for a client to request a tax firm for one time additional copy request that was filled for current year and still has to pay (never had experience like this with other CPAs). I would NOT recommend using this firm, with poor service and unreasonable extra charges.Friday 28th May 2021
