Location was totally EMPTY! Although an associate mentioned that they were busy and gave alternative locations, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to address customers to ensure proper customer care, besides shouting from the back of the office. Will not advise during last minute tax emergency

Was not able to make my original appointment due to a sudden weather related accident coming from Herndon, but was easily rescheduled with John Weaver, CPA at Station Plaza in Woodbridge for the following weekend. John took great care in understanding my situation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was submitted correctly.
