GOOD AFTERNOON TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL H&R BLOCK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY 32 YEARS OF FILING TAXES THE MISTAKE ARE EGREGIOUS THEY TRY AN MAKE THE TAX PAYER FIX THERE MISTAKES AND IT MAKES NO SENSE WHY DO YOU HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN ONLY TO TELL THE TAX PAYER TO DO H&R BLOCK’s JOB AN THE LYING LIKE WHY MAKES NO SENSE DONT TAKE A JOB YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DO PROFESSIONAL MAKE NO SENSE AN HAVE TO COME IN COUNTLESS TIMES AND STILL NO RESULT NOR RESOLUTION UNTIL YOU ASK FOR THE BOSS OF THIS OFFICE OR DISTRICT MANNER IS RIDICULOUS AND TO BE LIED TOO COUNTLESS TIMES IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AN TO WALK INTO A ANOTHER OFFICE IN DC AN THEY FIX EVERYTHING THAT THEY MESSED UP AN HAVE TO BE SENT TO ANOTHER OFFICE IN VA WITH TAX PERP-EARS WHO ARE PROFESSIONAL AN KNOW THEIR IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AT THIS OFFICE PLEASE BEWARE YOUR BETTER OFF USING ANY OTHER OFFICE BESIDES THIS ONE A LOT OF TRAINING IN BEING PROFESSIONAL AN DOING YOUR JOB IS REQUIRED HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS OFFICE THEY ARENT TRAINED WELL AN WILL MESS UP AN NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES ! NEED TO NOT LYE WE ARE ALL ADULTS I FELT LIKE THEY WERE USED CAR SALES PEOPLE TRYING TO GET ME TO BELIVE I AM WRONG FOR EXPECTING THEM TO DO THEIR JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER PLEASE DONT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING AFTER YOU RECEIVE THEIR MONEY !WOULD NEVER USE THIS OFFICE AGAIN STOP LYING AN LEARN YOUR JOB OR GET ONE YOUR SKILLED IN THE MISTAKES AN LYING NEED TO STOP AT THIS OFFICE

I made an appointment by calling and I was sent two appointment confirmation to my cell. I ended up showing up today at 6 and the business is so disorganized. They didn’t know who was suppose to see me but a gentleman ended looking me up and telling me that there was a system error and that the person who I was suppose to see left for the day. I said okay I was calm and patient he was a nice older gentleman. After I left the office I did not feel comfortable filing in this location. As I saw other people’s W2s laying down on the desk where I was sitting. And there was no privacy. I called the customer service line back and asked them to reschedule me they told me that they don’t have any appts until next week. I calmly explained to her that I had today scheduled for a reason to do my taxes before the deadline and that it wasn’t my fault that the person who I scheduled with left for the day without notifying me. The customer service representative was so rude in her responses to me as if I was the one who made the mistake and blaming it on them. I have never encountered such terrible customer service on the phone before. It’s really just upsetting that you guys treat peoples time the way you do, with no regards or consideration. And on top of all of that be nasty to your customers who are genuinely concerned. I ended up calling my tax guy who had surgery recently and I did not want to bother him. He told me to send him over my W2s and he’s getting it done as we speak. And he charges less than what the average pricing of this company is. I was willing to pay more and to come back to the business for another appt but the customer service rep on the phone definitely left a terrible impression for this company.

Today I am in Alexandria Virginia having just from London. In advance I emailed as well as called Robert Blades referered by my sister Dr Linda Byington to use HRBlock with a 9:00 meeting scheduled before at Duke street address. When i arrived office was closed and telephone number on the door did not answer. Is anyone at HRBLOCK listening?
