We've used H&R Block for over 40 years. This year our old Tax Professional retired and we were assigned someone new. Our new tax preparer was efficient, generous with her time, had them completed and filed in 72 hours. We are a marshmallow roasting, ghost story telling, tent missing center pole, battery lantern light, open campfire glowing embers, spider spinning web HAPPY CAMPERS!!!

Peter Lloyd did my taxes for the last twenty years. I uploaded my documents online and emailed Mr. Lloyd twice (no response). A month later I received a call from someone at this location stating she would be doing my taxes. No mention of Lloyd, so I inquired and was told he was no longer there. Why was Lloyd still on the website (leading me to believe he was still there)? And it’s rude and unprofessional to have someone (whose level of experience or competence is unk) call me and tell me they’ll be doing my taxes with no explanation as to why.
