I wish I could give less than 1 stars. My taxes took over 3 weeks, and they didn't start until I told them I would look elsewhere for help They charged over $400 (each) for me and my wife to file separately, with very simple taxes. It gets better though, we had a real professional look over the documents, the guy itemized my deductions without actually inputting anything (standard is perfect for my situation) and marked my wife as standard too, resulting in massive tax penalties for absolutely no reason. No communication, my taxes were done outright wrongly, and they charged us almost a grand. Absolutely the worst "professionals" I've ever dealt with. Save yourself money, and time, and go literally anywhere else. These people are absolutely horrible. Do not go here.
