If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. K. Jones, the woman at the front desk with long nails, has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. She lacks the basic customer service skills needed to address concerns and appears either unwilling or unable to perform her job effectively. I’ve been misinformed multiple times by her regarding the verification process for my refund, resulting in continued delays and confusion. She has given me the runaround, and on several occasions, falsely claimed that her manager was unavailable when I asked to escalate the issue—likely due to her inability to resolve it herself. When I requested to speak with another employee because of her aggressive tone and dismissive attitude, she refused, saying everyone else was new. Her poor behavior, lack of professionalism, and refusal to provide proper service are unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to experience this kind of treatment, especially within our own community. After more than a year, my issue is still unresolved. I am deeply disappointed and hope that management seriously addresses this matter.

Terrible customer service. I tried for months to call and their customer service line disconnects without a way to reach someone. A recorded message gives inaccurate instructions about how to reach out through their website (steps detail things to look for on their website that don’t exist). I was able to call an alternative number and get routed to someone, who said they’d take a message and I’d get a call back….of course I never heard a thing. Seems like I’ll have to go in person to try to speak to a human, but I don’t want to waste my time having to use up leave from work to drive to an office and cross my fingers that someone would be willing to help with a question that would probably take 2 minutes to answer over the phone.

Miserable experience. I really didn’t appreciate K. Jones’ tone. I expressed that I wasn’t able to track my info using the comptroller website, and first she told me it was because they have to authorize me at the office building to use the website, so she disappears and comes back and says they can’t because of something else I haven’t done. Then she told me it was because I was on the wrong site after I told her I’d tried to make an account on MULTIPLE. She continued to talk to me and my husband like we were idiots, told me that there were no appointments available until after the 15th of April so I would accrue late fees. And told me the only way to set up a payment plan is to wait until I’m billed after the 15th. I asked her to make the appointment anyway and there was something by available ON April 15th -_- I’d made a virtual/phone appointment with the comptroller over a month before visiting in person and received the same uselessness and rude attitude. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same employee. Tomato tomato. Boo.

The guy José Padilla from the waldorf office needs to be removed from his position asap. He has this attitude that he thinks he is the owner of the World. Not willing to help at all. He claims to be the manager but he is very rude. On the other side this lady name Rebecca she deserves to be the manager she actually listens and tries to help the best she can. I really hope the controller office do something about this guy José Padilla as I have hear of other people that he has been rude to as well.
