Miss Ivy is brilliant! I have been going to her for 20 years and would go no where else. She is detailed and tough. Once the IRS challenged my return. We called them up and explained they were wrong. They came up with another complaint, and she explained that, again, they were wrong and why. They gave up! David beat Goliath! We met the law and ... We won!

Run. This place is unprofessional and useless. I had an appointment with an advisor (Jasmine) on April 10. She ran the numbers for filing jointly with my spouse. I asked if she could see if it'd be cheaper to file separately. She promised that she'd run the numbers and get back to us, but then she dropped off the face of the earth. I did not hear from her before tax filing day. I messaged and called the office and they did not know where she was either. So on tax filing day I had to do it all myself via TurboTax. Even setting that aside, she couldn't answer basic questions about my taxes that a tax advisor should know. These people are glorified data entry clerks. You're better off doing your taxes yourself. Unbelievable.

My Block Advisor, Tim Tran, went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my tax return which was complicated with self-employment and international work experience. He took time to explain and make the entire process clear in a personable manner and I trust that my taxes were handled in the best possible manner. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Block Advisors for a number of years now, and the last three years Mr. Tim Tran has been my Tax Advisor agent. Over the years Mr. Tran has handle my taxes, my sister's and my mother's -- a lot of work. I find Mr. Tran to be exceptional preparing my taxes. He courteous, prompt, very knowledgeable in his work, and professional at all times. He has a kind heart too. I like using Block Adviors and will continue to use Block Advisors. And I like having the same agent every time as well.
