Horrible ! One of them did my son taxes ( … he was trying) couldn’t finish, promised to call back next day and that was it! We never heard from him again… shame on you wasting our time!

I had an appointment three weeks ago for a simple tax return. No word from the advisor. Had to call on the phone to find out that maybe my return will be done by the end of this week. Well, still no call back. They said my taxes were transferred. I kept calling and getting jerked around with no one to resolve my question.

Gary is very experienced and knowledgeable on the current tax laws. He is always friendly, and concerned with our satisfaction of the of the tax preparation. He goes above and beyond with with customer service, and ensuring the information in the tax return is correct. He describes everything in a manner that can be clearly understood by the client. I never feel rushed or spoken-down to whenever I talk with Gary. H&R block should be proud of Gary for representing H&R block in such a professional manner. We will continue to utilize Gary in the future for our tax preperation.
